Founder of Soulmate
I started Lagan Marriage Management in 1999 through which I connected more than 100 families find their life partner. This was a time where the girl’s opinion was considered less important or not considered at all.
My motto was to give the girl’s and the boy’s opinion first priority in sharing what they wanted in their life partner.
As my life took me to various countries - India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Europe and US, I continued to meet Indian families stressed about finding the right person for their children while being away from their usual family network and with their kids growing up in a multicultural environment.
I have founded Soulmate to help these families and have expanded my original mission globally through my local representatives in these countries.
I have been an active leader within the Lions club International organization to advocate women safety, health, education and empowerment. I am also a:
Yoga enthusiast. I am a founder of BCMAG, a free yoga group in Doha where I provide yoga instructions for the mental and physical well being of women.
Life and health coach - Being a career woman, mother, and now a grandmother, I have seen it all and been through every phase that couples go through. I have helped many young families struggling with depression or facing marital troubles to emerge out of it with a positive attitude.
Top international table tennis player. Many people say, "The older you get the less you can do". That never stops me! I have been winning championship for the Women International Table Tennis in Doha for past 3 years (over players more than 30 years younger than me).
